Dreamland – a pickleball and entertainment venue in Dripping Springs, Texas, has announced plans to participate in WORLD PICKLEBALL DAY, 10/10/2020, by live streaming pickleball matches through the World Pickleball Federation Facebook page. Steve Kuhn, owner of Dreamland, will be showcasing some of the world’s top ranked men, women, juniors, and local Austin pickleball players at his new facility.
Dreamland is the newest family entertainment destination in the Texas hill country, taking advantage of the fastest growing sport in the world – Pickleball! Dreamland has 4 covered state of the art pickleball courts, the world’s best 18-hole mini golf course under a canopy of Heritage Oak trees, and a 90 tap self-pour bar and beer garden. Near the beer garden is a kids’ playground and splash pad. Light snacks and pizza are available from the bar. Dreamland also features a reclaimed rainwater tank graffiti park where you can find murals and thought-provoking scenes from some of Austin and the world’s best-known artists. Artwork at Dreamland also includes multiple pieces of commissioned sculptures and a variety of interactive art instalments. ‘Around the World in 18 Holes’, the kids’ putt-putt course, will also be opening soon.
The World Pickleball Federation is our partner for the Pickleball programming at Dreamland on World Pickleball Day. The World Pickleball Federation’s vision is to ignite the global excitement, inclusive nature and lifetime benefits of pickleball, with the objective of raising awareness and establishing pickleball as a game that is played across the world and not just North America.
Dreamland will officially open its doors October 10, 2020. Visit our website for more information and follow us on social media for sneak peeks and updates:
